Hello Fellow Ukulele Enthusiast
There will be no jam this month. At this point we have no schedule for the next jam. We will post updates as they become available. Take care and we hope to see you soon.
Sadly as the warm summer days leave us, we will need to find another place to jam. We have had a wonderful time by the lake at Generations but the tent will be taken down and packed away for the winter soon. So this will be our last jam of the season under the big top. We will be having our “Raise the Roof” jam at Generations on September 25th, 2022. Your last chance to sit and strum by Lake Mississippi this year, so please join us!
Thanks to the kind folks at Generations for letting us play at their wonderful location for these last six jams!
When: Sunday, September 25th, 2022 4:30 PM
Strumming starts at 4:30 PM so please come a little early to claim your spot, grab a refreshment and tune your instrument. We will be having a short break midway through and finish up around 6:00 PM.
Where: Generations Market and Restaurant, 717 Lake Park Road, Carleton Place
We will be jamming by the side of Lake Mississippi under a big top tent. Lots of room and plenty of chairs and tables so you can socially distance during the jam. Parking is plentiful.
Drinks and foods are available during the jam. Please support Generations Market and Restaurant. For anyone staying afterwards for dinner on the patio we strongly recommend that you make reservations for 6:00 PM at 613-253-5253.
We project the lyrics and chords during the jam but make the set available in different formats to provide an opportunity for people to practise in advance of the jam. The easiest to access format is PDF and this format should work with virtually any computer system. You can download a copy here:
For those with OnSong, you can grab a copy of the OnSong archive here.
For other song viewer software we have linked a Chordpro version of the chords and lyrics to the song title in the Set List.

Most people find they get the most out of the jam if they review the set and practise the music. We project the lyrics and chords during the jam but make the set available in different formats to provide an opportunity for people to practise in advance of the jam. The easiest to access format is PDF and this format should work with virtually any computer system. You can download it here:
For people running song viewer software on their device we offer two options. If you have an iOS device(like an iPad) and are running the OnSong app you can get the set as an archive .
