We have a list but rather than boring you with the details just bring your “Daily Ukulele Book” and your “Albany Beginner book Number 1”. Here is the link for the Albany book, http://albanyukulele.files.wordpress.com/2011/03/songbook15.pdf
LUG Jam in August
If you didn’t get to the Stewart Park Festival, you missed a great time. In particular, James Hill (that stunning ukulele impresario), gave three terrific performances. He even came to our LUG Jam in the Park! He is a nice guy, as is his accompanist and fiancée, Anne Janelle. OK, that is now in the past.
What is coming up next? The LUG Jam on Sunday August the 11th.
Where – Chuckles Jack Restaurant, located in the Comfort Inn, Smiths Falls (down at the Canal behind the Giant Tiger Mall).
When – Sunday, Aug 11th, 5:30 p.m. for dinner (if you want) and 6:30 for the music.
We will have the set list out to you shortly.
LUGS – Live at the Stewart Park Festival
We are arranging to have a short LUGS Ukulele Jam at Stewart Park in Perth on Saturday morning the 20th of July at 10:30. We don’t know exactly where yet, but you will see us there somewhere. Bring a chair, your uke and the Daily Ukulele Book (if you have one). We will also bring numerous copies of some music too. We will finish before any of the real music starts… so no worries there. It is even approved by Stewart Park Festival! Go to http://www.stewartparkfestival.com/
See you there!!!! P.S. If you just want to come and sing that would be great too.
