September 24th,2023 Jam

Our ukulele jam is on September 24th, 2023 at 4:00 PM. It will take place at the big tent at Generations Restaurant. The address of the restaurant is 717 Lake Park Road, just south of Carleton Place by the shores of Mississippi Lake. Please come a little early to grab a spot and a refreshment prior to our start. We will be taking a short break part way through and should be finished by 5:45 PM.

The restaurant is popular so if you are staying afterwards for dinner please make sure to make reservations. They can be reached at (613) 253-5253.

All skill levels and abilities are welcome to join us. Hope to see you there!

SET LIST

We will be projecting the words and chords for the songs during the jam.

Most people find they enjoy themselves more if they go over the set prior to the jam. For those with an iPad with the OnSong application we publish an OnSong archive that you can download here.

Update on LUG Jams

Update on May, 2023

Hello LUGS!

So great to have summer weather here at last. Some of you have been asking when we will be starting up the LUGS again. We hope to do so sometime this summer.

Our big personal news is that we have sold our home in Carleton Place and are moving to a bungalow in Kingston! As you can imagine, this will be a very busy June and July for us. However, as Kingston is only 1.5 hours from Carleton Place, we are anticipating that we will be able to get the LUGS up and running again later in the summer, hopefully (if Generations Restaurant will have us) under the big tent.

We will keep you updated once we see how our summer unfolds.

We are looking forward to singing and playing together again soon!
